THE Epidemic as concerns the Helensville Town is now rapidly decreasing. The total deaths so far have been three adults and one child; three natives have also died. Thirteen cases are in the temporary hospital,\and are all doing well; four of tfltose will be discharged first favourable opportunity. There are four cases aboard the s.s Aotea, all of whom are doing well, and if no fresh cases are sent to the ship she should be free next week. During the 'past week several mild cases have been reported, which did not warrant removal to the Hospital.. ■ Residents are still warned to ! be careful, and maintain the past good record. Helensville has more than held its own in comparison with other towns. The real danger now lies. in contact with Native settlements and the travelling public, .who, after enforced isolation, will quickly be on the move. Continue to make use of the inhalation chamber.
