FITZBERBERT V. GADBOUT.
An application for adjournment in order to obtain evidence from the country where the (k)nuts come from, has been made by counsel, in this case, to Mr Justice Snawkins, in chambers. His Honour will give his decision this week when the date of hearing will be announced.
