NOTIC^ is hereby given, that a meeting jpf the Waitemata County Council wiM be held at the County Council's Chamfers, 410, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, |;oh^FRIDAy,. the twelfth day of July, 19J8, at twt hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon, jor the purpose of considering i ifjthoughtfit, passing the following resolution, wh|ch if passed, will be submitted for conflAnation at a meeting .of the pounty Cjflincil, to be held on the 16th day of Aufcust, 1918;— * " The Agaitemata Council doth hereby by this resolution intended to be-submit-ted for confirmation as a Special Order, declare fc&at portion of the County of Waitenuja described in the Schedule' hereto ta£be a District for the purpose of the construction of drainage works therein AND|DOTH fix the boundaries of such district to be those set forth in the said schedule and doth hereby assign to "wiicfi diStrict the name of the Kaipara Draina^ District AND DOTH hereby fix the goth day of September, 1918, as the datWfrom and after which the said Districj^hall be constituted."
