Graham —That Mr Cormack be informed that it is part of his and his assistant gardener's duties to keep swimming bath enclosure and all the water-closets clean; also that he be asked to tighten up fence along main road and put in battens where it is necessary.— Carried. The caretaker was instructed to erect a rail for tying up horses on the roadside, and the Chairman was empowered to close the drive gate when necessary. ACCOUNTS Accounts amounting to £5 9s 6d were passed for payment.
