ELECTION OF LICENSING

COMMITTEE,

NOTICE OF POLLING.

IN pursuance of " The Legislation Act 1908 " and " The Licensing Act 1908," I, S. URE MACAULAY, Returning Officer for the Licensing District of Kaipara, do hereby give notice that an Election will be held for the return of Five qualified persons to serve as Members of the Licensing Committee for the said district, and a Poll will be taken if necessary, on TUESDAY the 12th day of March, 1918. Every person desirous of be coming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district, by a nomination paper as prescribed by section No. 105 of the "Legislature Act 1908," and all Papers must reach me not later than NOON of SATURDAY, the 2nd day of March, 1918.
