PRESENT Corns. Lambert (Chairman), H. Graham, H. Aitkenhead s E. T. Field, H. Thompson, and the Secretary. MINUTES Minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. VISIT OF INSPECTION The Chairman reported that the members of the Board had made a visit of inspection to the Springs, and found it was necessary to carry out certain repairs to the driye. The scoria for this work was on order, and would be put on when it arrived., ' The bath buildings inside were in need of -paint, and it was proposed to carry out this work if sanctioned by the Board. Authority was given for the purchase of the paint, and the work will be carried out immediately. • DRAINAGE Permission was gran bed Messrs Eddleston and Goad to do certain drainage work providing they pay the cost of connecting up. GRASS PADDOCK On the motion of Com. Field seconded by Com. .Aitkenhead, it was resolved—That Mr Nicholls be asked if he was prepared to keep the grass mowed as suggested previously, as the Board wished to adhere to that arrangement.
