SIR, —Re Mr Isaac McLeod's letter, of last week's issue regarding building permits, etc., I will be very brief in the matter, but I think it would be better business on his part if he would attend to the financial affairs of the town, which are urgently required instead of putting into print a lot of idiotic matter. —I am, etc., H.
