CATTLE TRAFFIC Com. Stewart asked if the Board would take steps to control the cattle traffic. He thought that in consequence of the damage done to roads by this traffic the matter could be dealt with by the Board charging auctioneering firms and those who landed cattle a toll. He also contended that the Waitemata County Council should be taxed for using their carts on the Board's roads.
