Friday—Mirth in plenty is provided in the Triangle-Keystone farce-comedy, " The Love Riots," a tangled business in which flirtatious husbands and wives and a pretty manicurist, find themselves in screaming situations. Included in a splendid programme is a very pretty drama entitled " The Fire of Life."
Saturday—An exceptionally good programme including three big star pictures. In the drama, " The Hand of God," a lightning bolt shocks a young mother into insensibility. On her recovery it is found that the total paralysis from which she had suffered since the discovery of her husband's infidelity had disappeared. Her joy is redoubled when she learns through her child that " the woman in the case " is her husband's sister. " The Bath Tub Perils " is guaranteed to send all into fits of laughter. Out of jail and in again is Stingaree's experience in " The Moth and the Star," the last episode but one of the great serial.
Tuesday—" The Seven Sisters," in which Miss Marguerite Clarke (Mary Pickiord's greatest rival) will be seen in her most famous role as " Mica," the fourth, daughter in a family of seven —all girls. A local custom forbids her to marry before her elder sisters. How she and her loyer set about getting them married is extremely amusing. There are numerous :mix-ups, but the atmosphere clears at last, and the picture ends with four happy weddings. Good supporting programme.
