Field proposed and Corn^ Aitkenhead seconded—That th* ;^ offers of sites for Fire Brigade' station be held over until a reply is received from the Justice % Department. ♦ . BY-LAWS AND MOTORS *£' • It was proposed by Com^ Stewart and seconded by the Chairman—That a copy of the Auckland City By-laws referring to motor cars be procured. SCHOOL SWIMMING BATH On the motion of Com. Stewart seconded by Com. Aitkenhead, it was decided]that the School Committee's request for water supply free of cost for proposed swimmine: bath be granted. OUTSTANDING RATES The Chairman proposed and Com. Graham seconded —That all outstanding rates and water and drainage charges after May 21st i be sued for, same to be advertised. DOG TAX - On the motion of the Chairman seconded by Com Stewart, it was resolved—That the dog tax be fixed at 7/6, same as last year. COLLECTOR WANTED . " / The Chairman proposed and Com.
