Thompson seconded—That the re» quest for two copies of the by-laws by the Ne»v Lynn 'i own Board be granted. p*v HARBOUR BOARD ELECTION < It was decided, on the motion of Com. Thompson, seconded by Com. Field, to comply with the request from the Town Clerk, Takapuna, for 36 lolls for the Harbour Board election. REPAIRS TO PATHS The Chairman proposed and Com. Field seconded—That the footpaths in Mary Street and Awaroa Road (one side) to be tarred and 6anded. SPECIAL MEETING Consideration of coirespondence from the Waitemata County Council's solicitor, re Kaipara Bridge, was de-" ferred to a special meeting to be held on Thursday, 22nd inst.
