A STITCH IN TIME

The burning-off by the Railw.ay Department qf the dangerous heap, qf pine trees in the Helensvijle Sjquth railway Reserve, which were cut dqwn some eight months ago, being nicely ripe for a big blaze on Saturday afternoon last, was indeed a stitch (or match) in time.
