That the resolution of the Board appointing the Public Trustee as Trustee for the Sinking Fund for the Waterand Drainage Loan of £3300, be rescinded, and that the Public Trustee be notified accordingly. Fund far- the sai& Loan be placed with the Union Bank, the sum already due to the Sinking Fund to be paid into a separate account with the Bank, and a similar sum to be paid in on the Ist April in each year, as provided at the time of establishing the Sinking Fund. 3.
