HELENSVILLE TOWN BOARD.
NOTICES OF MOTION. AT the next meeting of the Helensville Town Board, Comr. Stewart will move the attached resolutions : —■ 1. That an expenditure book be kept as from 31st March, 1916, showing separately the expenditure (within the Town District) upon each avenue, road, street, or bridge, under their respective head. 2. (a) That with the object of giving the Hot Springs better drainage, water, and lighting facilities, the Board take into immediate consideration the extension of the town boundaries or in the alternative the formation of a Borough of the Helensville Town, Springs, and such other adjoining districts as are deemed advisable, (b) That a special meeting of the Board be called to take such necessary steps as are required to give effect to the objects as' set out in paragraph. " a " of this resolution. 3. (a) That the Board take into immediate consideration the concrete chanelling with concrete ; blocks of the main street from the Railway gates (Terminus Hotel corner) to Main's corner (intersection of 4th Avenue, (b) A shed be erected upon the Board's.. section, Bridge Street, and the necessary moulds be made and. material obtained from time to time as required to. make sufficient channel blocks to complete that portion of the channelling from the Railway gates to the Union Bank corner, (c) That the Board (after fulfilment of item "b" of this resolution), direct its workmen to make concrete channel blocks in the shed built for the purpose, upon all wet days. \
