HELENSVILLE BRASS BAND

The second concert takes place on Thursday, October 12th. in the Star Theatre, under the conductorship of Mr C. Berryman. The Band have been practising assiduously, and are much improved. Owing to the influence of Mr Barry Coney, the well-known musical critic and vocalist, of Auckland, Miss Muriel Allen, a contrallo, who has been compared with Madam Clara Butt, has been prevailed upon to lend her assistance. The concert should be eagerly looked forward to.
