We have just received the reports and balance sheet, list of contributions, etc., from the management of the Jubilee Institute for the Blind, Auckland. The pamphlet is full of useful information in connection with this most laudable and beneficial institute for the blind, giving every detail of its working, both educational and domestic, and shows how bright and happy, and thoroughly interested are the pupils. The . Institute, which is kept up by bequests and subscriptions from all parts of the Colony, is deserving of every support, being the only one in the Dominion for the blind Mr Robt. Miller, the collector, may shortly be expected in this district, and we hope, when here, he will be received kindly and with an open hand.
