PRESENT Comrs. E. T. Field (chairman) T. Elliott, J. A. Wilson, (£ Sellars, and the secretary (Mr H. W. Stringer). MINUTES Minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. CORRESPONDENCE Outward correspondence was ~" approved. -} OVERHANGING TREES: The Secretary was instructed to notify the Waitemata County *: Council that the Board is making ' a start to lop and trim the trees overhanging the road. CLOSING ROAD TO On the motion of Com. Ellictft, ' seconded by Com. Sellars, it was decided to erect a yard at corner ' ■.' of paddock for convenience of-,- " hoises ( and vehicles, with the ' . intention of closing the road to the bath-house to vehicular ' - traffic. REPAIRING FENCES. It was decided, on the motion ,*, of the Chairman, seconded by%*, Com. Elliott, to repair the .fence v^' between the Springs and the paddock, and that tenders be called for renting the paddock. ■ '■ FINANCE Debit balance at Bank, £224 12s Id. > Accounts passed for payment, £21 12s Id.
