TO THE EDITOR,
Sir, —Will you be so kind as to imform myself and a number of other ratepayers how it is that the Helensville Town Board make fish of one and flesh of another ? I speak in reference to the water and sewerage system, in which the bulk of the people have joined in and pay their rates accordingly. Then why should a few selected nobodies be allowed to break through the by-laws ? — I am, etc.,
