SHIPPING.
THE barque Anticpe, 1365 tons, bound for Melbourne, was towed from TeKopuru to the Heads on Sunday by the s.s Ruawai. She will probably be towed to sea shortly, as soon as the bar is fit. The barque Daniel arrived from Newcastle on Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. She has 340 tons of coal for the Kaipara Steamship Company, and came to Helensville to-day. s
The barque Manurewa is also shortly due with coal for the Kaipara Steamship Company, and unloads at Aoroa.
We understand that no arrivals, departures, or anything in prospective have been reported from the Heads this week. Whose fault is this V Those interested in shipping, and their name is legion, want to know, you know.
Timber to the value of £2312 was exported from Kaipara during the week ended Tuesday, April 4.
