Stewart —That the gardener be instructed to put in a drive from the baths to the side road as soon as he is able to do so. —Carried. COST OF PIPES >JL Proposed by Com. Ejljil^t;, seconded by Com; Stewart —Thfrt Mr H. Munro Wilson be asked give an estimate of cost of laying. 3in pipes from the bridge to the Springs. —Carried. LADIES' SWIMMING BATH Proposed ;by Com. Stewart, seconded by Com. Elliott —That an estimate be obtained for the cost of erecting a ladies' swim-% ming bath, and application befe made to the Minister in charge of the Tourist Department for a grant of £1000 for the purpose.— Carried. PATRIOTIC COMMITTEE .-■ The Chairman proposed and^^ Com. Wilson seconded —That ' ' Com. Becroft be appointed to represent the Board on the send--off committee for farewelling departing soldiers, in place of Mr Elliott resigned.—Carried. FINANCE Debit balance, £102/15/1. Accounts passed for payment, £40/2/5.
