The market this week has been heavily supplied with fruit, and a large volume of business has been put through. Poultry is arriving in extra large supply and for good killable roosters good prices are ruling. Ducks, unless of extra good quality, are ruling low. Fruit is in extra strong demand and for all kinds ;good prices are ruling. Butter and eggs are firm. Potatoes are in good supply to a heavy market. Onion market full, an^ grain market firm. POULTRY (2360 penned) Hens, prime 2s to 2/6, good 1/8 to 1/10, others 1/6 to 1/8 ; ducks, young 2/ to 3/, others Is to 1/5 ; roosters, to 5/9, good. 4s to 5/2, smaller 3s to 3/9 ; turkeys, gobblers, 10/ to 12/9, hens 4s to 5/6 ; geese, 3/9 to 4/6. Pigs : 10/ to £1 4s 3d.' FARM PRODUCE Potatoes, prime, £9 to £9 10s, good £8 to £8 15s ; onions, 5s to 6s. DAIRY PRODUCE I Butter, Is to 1/2 ; eggs, 1/4 to 1/5 ; cheese, 8d to B^d; hams, 9d to llj^d; sides, 9j^d to lid; honey, bulk, 2d to 2Hd.
