DOMAIN BOARD.
HELENSVILLE, January 13, 1915
PRESENT Comrs. E. T. Field (chairman), A. Becroit, T. Elliott, J. A. Wilson, J. F. Lambert, and the secretary (Mr H. W. Stringer). MINUTES Minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. GENERAL On the motion of Com. Becroft seconded by Com. Wilson, it was decided to have the tank stand covered in. The Caretaker was authorised to have the invalid chair repaired also that in future a charge of 3d per half-day be made for use of same. A sum of £2 2s was voted to the Awaroa Bowling Club, in connection with the Bowling Tournament. A letter was received from the Wai tern ata County Council asking that the trees in the Domain running along the boundary be cut. —The Secretary was instructed to reply that same is being attended to. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Mr R. Nicholls, for his kindness, in cutting and raking the grass on the new drive. It was decided that the baths be kept open every evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., until further orders. FINANCE f Debit balance at Bank, £130 3s Id. Accounts passed for payment, £62 12s 2d.
