" PRESENT Comrs. E. T. Field (chairman), A. Becroft, -j. Wilson, T.Elliott, and the clerk (H. W. Stringer). MINUTES ■■ Minutes of the previous meet" ing were read and confirmed. t CORRESPONDENCE Outward correspondence was comfirmed. - TOWN BAND Messrs I. Hughes and E. Leech { waited on the Board as a deputation from the Helensville Band. Several matters for the control of the Band were discussed, and " Mjessrs Field and Becroft were appointed as delegates from the Board to attend the next meeting 1 of the Band, to go into the matter ' of control and conduct of the Band. , FISHERMEN'S WHARF Several bye r laws were passed for the control of the new fishermen's wharf, and MrW. W. L. Bradly was appointed wharfinger. FINANCE | Debit balance at Bank £504/14/4 Accounts amonnting to £53/9/6 were passed for payment.
