Kerr-Taylor, '•" Jii' McLaod, N. Bethell, A. Gochran, V&M Olighant, and H. Day. The Council decided, on the reDonimendation of the Engineer, to ap-*' prove of a plan, forwarded by Mr 8. Urbell, fora proposed subdivision of lots IS2. 133, and 1 e.4, TaKapuna Parish. The proposed' purchase of! further^ land Imai Mr Souttny Baker, undelj the PiAic-Worka Act. 1908, was. ai^S again lconsidered. A resolution was passed granting authority to the" Engineer to proceed With the' acquisition of the land. The Eugineer referred in his report - to the lesolution passed at the last meeting, requiring the metalling"^ roads on Simson's Estate, Waipareifa^ Ridmg. The Minister for Internal Affairs wrote enclosing an Order-in-OouncU, authorising- the Council to iramea by-law dealing- with motor g traffic.
