Urbell, fora proposed subdivision of lots IS2. 133, and 1 e.4, TaKapuna Parish. A resolution was passed granting authority to the" Engineer to proceed With the' acquisition of the land. The Eugineer referred in his report - to the lesolution passed at the last meeting, requiring the metalling"^ roads on Simson's Estate, Waipareifa^ Ridmg. The Minister for Internal Affairs wrote enclosing an Order-in-OouncU, authorising- the Council to iramea by-law dealing- with motor g traffic.
