AWAROA BOWLING CLUB

A COMMITTEE meeting of the above Club was held on Monday night. Mr Hill (President) took the chair.

Seven i\evr members were elected,

The official opening of the green will take place on Mondaynext (Labour Day) at Z p.m., and given fine weather, a very pleasant afternoon should be spent. Members, friends and visitors are cordially invited to attend. Afternoon tea will be dispensed by the members' wives.

The " Hot Springs " green will be officially opened next Saturday afternoon, and it is to be hoped that as many members of the _4waroa- Bowling Club as possible will be in attendance.
