N- No person should be in possession of Arms; Accoutrements, Ammunition or Military Clothing, the property of the N.Z. Government, except bona fide members of the N.Z. Military Forces, or members of the Defence Rifle Clubs who have purchased such Arms, Accoutrements, Ammunition or military clothing.
