MADAME PHOEBE'S COMEDY WANDERERS
A great treat is in store for the Helensville public on Thursday evening (to-night), when Madame Phoebe's Comedy Wanderers will appear in the Star Theatre for one night only. This combination is headed by Madame Phoebe, the „beautiful French poseur, in her latest posing. Harry H. May, ragtime specialist and eccentric dancer, is a great scream. Pauline Roshea has a beautiful voice and will be heard to advantage in her latest successes. Archibald, London's greatest ventriloquis and comedian, has his audiences in roars of laughter, as also does his little friend Teddy. South and May will appear in their latest laughter-raising sketch, entitled " The New Recruit." Altogether eight star artists will appear, and a packed house is expected. Prices are 3s, 2s, and Is, the great Tango Dance alone being worth the admission.
