Helensville been adjudged bankrupt, he j did within the space of six months prior to his bankruptcy, incur a debt of £88 4s 5d with B. F. McCarthy, when ho had no reasonable expectation of being able to discharge the debt.. McKenzie, for ! whom Mr Hall Skelton appeared, was remanded till Friday (to-morrow), bail
being fixed at one surety of £100 or two of £50 each- - ■
