A TENNIS DANCE

A very enjoyable dance was held in the Hall on Thursday night, 14th inst,, in connection with the tennis match, Woodhill v Helensville, held during theday. The evening's entertainment was very successful, quite a number of "people attending from a distance. It was deeply regretted that the members of the Helensville Club were not able to remain on account of not being able to return by any other means than by train. During the evening songs were rendered by Mr H. Jackson and also by members of the Rewiti Maori Tennis Club. Dancing was kept up until the early hours of .morning, when the singing of "God, Save the King " brought a most enjoyable evening to a close. '
