HELENSVILLE TOWN BOARD NOTICE OF MEETING TO CONFIRM SPECIAL ORDER MAKING BY-LAWS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution (which was passed at a Special Meeting of the Helensville Town Board held on the 23rd day of November, 1914) will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at a Special Meeting of the said Board, to be held at the Town Board Office, Helensville, on MONDAY, the 21st day of December, 1914, at 7.30 p.m., viz. :— " That the Board do by Special Order make the By-laws set out in fee draft produced to this meeting." A copy of the proposed By-laws is deposited at the legal office of Edward Thurlow Field, Chairman of the Helensville Town Board, Helensville, and is there open for inspection of the public during office hours from this date to and including the said 21st day of December next. The object of the said By-laws is as follows :— PART I—INTRODUCTORY To Provide—For repeal of existing by-, laws; for definition of expressions used in the By-laws ; that marginal notes not part of By-laws; as to services of notices ; and as to penalty for breaches of the By-laws (except Part XII) £20, and £5 per day for continuous breach. To Regulate—Repair of verandahs over footway; drainage for. surface water; drains under fcsoiways ; crossings ; placing of building material and erection of scaffolding, ladders, eto*, on streets and public places, etc.; security from builder^ for repairs to footpaths.
