Deflated Tyre Alarm.

The device we illustrate here may offer a solution to the motorist's worry lest he may be running with a soft tyre. A plunger is constructed within the air valve stem, and the foot of this is adjustable so that it may be set to sound an

alarm at,any degree of deflation. At the outer end of the plunger are a pair •of electrical contacts that close w"hen the soft tyre presses the plunger foot. These contacts are wired to ring a warning bell in the machine.
