A Potato Hint.
Instead of peeling potatoes in the ordinary way, try cooking them in this new way and see how much nicer they taste, as well as savingtime. After washing the potatoes, take a knife and run it . round as here shown, merely cutting skin deep.
Boil the potatoes in the usual way and you will find ' that when they are boiled, the skins will fall" away, thus saving the onerous task of peeling either before or after they are cooked.
