KAIPARA DAIRY FACTORY

MONTHLY MEETING

THE usual monthly meeting of the Kaipara Co-operative Dairy Factory Company, Ltd., was held in -the Company's registered office on Wednesday, 14th inst., at 12.30 p.m. Mr C. Thomson (chairman of directors) occupied the chair. Messrs E. Andrews, G. Ogle, J. C. Rimmer, J. Grant, G. Glover, and Jas. Ross, directors, were also present. The meeting discussed the usual monthy business. A resolution was passed approving of the action of Messrs Rimmer, Garry, and White in procuring a suitable freezer and lighting plant. Part of this work is being put in h,and immediately. The committee also reported that arrangements had been made for the erection of the new box-room, The financial statement was read, and all accounts passed for payment,

The butterfat supplied for Septentb " at the local butter factory was 54,0001bs which at an advance of lOJ^d equals £2362 10s. This shows an increase over the previous September of 156691b5. Commencing from the Ist June to the end- of September, the total make of butterfat was 42 tons 201bs, as against 27 tons 16c\vt 321bs for the previous corresponding period.
