Present : Messrs Jas. McLeod (chairman), A. Becroft, Jas. Hand, and Captain Sellars". The Board approved of the amended plans supplied by the Engineer (Mr H 4 Munro Wilson) for the erection of 16 additional private baths, and the secretary was instructed to ask the engineer to supply estimates for the erection of tanks and bathhouses, also for bathe, and fittings. Several accounts were passpd for payment. But one of Mr W. Allen's for a large amount, extending from 1910, was held over for the new Board, the Chairman remarking (on reading over an account of 25s for a wheelbarrow), " W rhere is the wheelbarrow ?" This was all the business.
