Stewart (for removing trees), £10; donatioas, Mr D. Stewart £10, Mr J. Stewart £5, £15 ; advance, .Mr D. Stewart, £50 ; advance on account Union Bank £175 12s lid ; advance, Mr Bishop (as deposit), £10; advance, Secretary, £1 4s. Total, £296 9s lid.

Expenditure.—Removal of trees, £10; scoria, £79 9s lid ; wages, formation of green, etc., £110 4s 4d ; carting scoria, £21 15s 3d ; timber and freight on same, £14 6s 8d ; weeding green, £4 14s 6d ; roller and freight on same, £9 6s ; stamps, registration, typing, books, etc., £2 Is 6d; bank charge and interest and stamp guarantee, £3 17s ; to reduction price of land, £30; Stewart Bros Ltd. account, £8 9s 3d; Dominion Bowling Association annual subscription, £2 5s 6d.
