SAVOURY TOAST.
2oz. grated cheese, 1 tablespoon milk, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon made mustard, salt and cayenne. Heat all these ingredients in a small saucepan, and when it begins to thicken spread on neat slices of buttered toast or fried bread. Serve hot.
