At the sitting of the Helensville S.M. Court this week, a number of ordinary civil cases were disposed of.
William Holden was charged that he did at Waimauku commit a breach of the Railway By-laws by using obsene language to Edmund Keys, Railway employee.—The defendant was fined 10s and costs.
