RUSSELL STILL BATTLING AWAY

A POLITICAL address was given at Milton on Monday night by Mr G. W. Russell, M.P. In regard to naval defence he advocated dependence on the British Navy with three or four submarines, torpedo destroyers, and a fleet of airships to hold off the enemy till help arrived. He dealt at great length with finance, and scathingly criticised financial and other matters. A vote of thanks and confidence in the Liberal Party was carried.
