WEDDING BELLS

A PRETTY wedding was solemnised at the residence of Mrs Robert Rew, Sarsfieid Street, Ponsonby, by the Rev J. Jolly, M.A., on Tuesday, May sth, the contracting parties being MiHarry (Major) Newman, youngest son of Charles Newman Esq., Helensville, and Miss Jean Farrar, youngest daughter of Thomas Farrar Esq., New South Wales. The bride, who was attended by Miss McNaughton, was attired in a dainty navy costume and pretty hat. The young couple left per the Makura on a holiday tour to -Australia.
