LIBRARIAN Two applications were received for the position of librarian, but the appointment was adjourned to next meeting. CORRESPONDENCE Mr E. T. Field wrote offering to supply filling at the Awaroa j bridge for 6d per yard delivered. COMPENSATION CLAIM Mr E. T. Field, solicitor, noti--t fied the .Board on behalf of Mr D. Stewart, that he would claim a sum of £300 from the Board as compensation, on the ground that the Koard had taken .-away riparian rights by building & drain across Awaroa creek.
