It has been decided to erect a factory at Dargaville at once to instal a plant capable of treating 1,000 tons of gum annually. That plans and specifications of the buildings should be prepared and tenders called for erecting same immediately. The Auckland factory will also be added to at an early date. It was decided to build the factory on a section adjoining the railway station and close to a wharf on the river. A large amount of cartage and handling will ihereby be avoided. The greatest care will be taken in selecting the cheapest and best power for working the gum cleaning machine. If was resolve-1 to make a call of 1? Gd per share.
