Helensville Town Board. RESOLUTION. IN exercise of the power to borrow conferred upon the Board by Section 3, of The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908, the Board hereby resolves to borrow from the Union Bank of Australia, Limited, at Helensville, such sums of money as shall be required from time to time for carrying out the works for which such special loan is authorised, and the Chairman and Treasurer are hereby authorised to affix the Seal of the Board to such Deed or Deeds, hypothecating or mortgaging to the said Bank as security for all such advances and interest, the Debentures by the said act authorised to be issued in respect of the said loan. A PROCLAMATION. WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for the purposes of waterworks in Block 111, Kumeu Survey District: And whereas the Helensville Town Board has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map in duplicate, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act: Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of waterworks, and shall vest in the Corporation of the Chairman, Members, and Inhabitants of the Helensville Town District as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen. Helensville Town Band. rpilE. Helensville Town Band ~L will play a programme in the Hot Springs Domain on Sunday, 16th Nov, weather and other circumstances permitting. Twelve members and Mr A. R.
