IN exercise of the power to borrow conferred upon the Board by Section 3, of The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908, the Board hereby resolves to borrow from the Union Bank of Australia, Limited, at Helensville, such sums of money as shall be required from time to time for carrying out the works for which such special loan is authorised, and the Chairman and Treasurer are hereby authorised to affix the Seal of the Board to such Deed or Deeds, hypothecating or mortgaging to the said Bank as security for all such advances and interest, the Debentures by ithe said act authorised' to be issued in respect of the said loan.
