Helensville Town Board. Notice of Proposed Special Loan. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Helensville Town Board proposes to raise under the provisions of " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908 " and its amendments, a special loan of £3,000 : (a) The particular purposes for which the loan is required are to complete the drainage and water supply , for the Helensville Town District. (b) The sums proposed to be borrowed for each such purpose are : — for drainage, £1,500; for water supply, £1,500. (c) The proposed security is a special annually recurring rate of 7-12ths of a Penny in the £ on the rateable value of all rateable property in the said Town District; and the provision for the repayment of the loan is that the same is to have a currency of 20, years, so that the same shall be paid off at or before the expiration of 20 years from the raising of such loan, or until such loan is fully paid off. (d) It is proposed to pay out of the loan the cost of raising the loan, and the interest for the first year. By order of the Helensville Town Board. JAMES McLEOD, Chairman. Helensville Town Board.
