' A well attended meeting of Householders was held in the Woodhill Hall on Monday evening ; increased, interest being taken in th/i election of the C'ommitree for the ensuing year because of the Board deciding that the management of the Muriwai School should be vested in the',W©odlrill District School Committee./ The Muriwai School/has in the past, been managed by a ("Commissioner,
though in the Woodhill School Dis-i triet. * The Chairman of the outgoing Conrmittee gave a report of the past year's work, and the following committee was afterwards elected —Messrs R, Hoe (chairman). C, Tarrant, (Secretary and Treasurer), J. Kerr, D. Me Donald, J. Osbaldiston, T. Wightman and J. Fulton. Messrs Wightman and Kerr repre-i sent the Muriwai pait of the district. Mr Wightman was appointed Deputy to countersign Muriwai attendance re-< turns etc.
