Ihe second of a series JH monthly socials under th& ■■:? auspices of the Helensville Lawn - lenms Club took place in the Foresters Hall last Friday night. > Ab? u*forty couples were present, and the proceedings were very successful. Capital music was supplied by Misses Little and -Donovan, the floor was in fairly good order, and a most enjoyable evening resulted. The ladies provided refreshments of the usual good quality, which were given every attention. Dancing was continued until about 12 o'clock and was much enjoyed. Mr Carl. bandm proved an efficient M. C.
