■Constable Driscoll received,,word by tftlegrani oh/Monday,24th/inst, that an old-aged pensioner, named John Bailey Wilcox, a gum digger, liring in a whare alone at Kumeu, was found dead on Sunday 23rd inst., by Mr, Thos Deacon. Deceased had been a resident of the district for the pt?,st 25 years, and was well known. An inquest was held on Monday before^.
