PARAKAI.

The Parakai Euchre Club held a very successful Euchre Party and Dan2e in the Parakai Hall on Thura • day, 16 th mst., when there was a large number present. Mr B. Bradiy was the winner of the Gentlemans* prize, and Mrs Sheffield and Miss E. Russell tied for the Ladies' prize, Mrs Sheffield winning the play~off, Supper was then handed round, and was much appreciated by the players, after which dancing was < indulged in till the early hours of the morn, to music supplied by Miss Donovan, Miss Little supplying the extras.
