The ordinary meeting of Directors of the above was held on Wednesday last, Mr Thompson in the chair. The business generally was of a financial nature. The secretaty reported the butterfat received at the factory for the month or December was over 108,125 lbs at l(Hd, equalling £4,752 odd. The output being well over 2000 boxes of butter, the amount paid cut for butter^ fat being an increase of £300 on the previous month. The amount paid for the corresponding month last year did not exceed £2000, this month showing considerably more than double. The new Secretary's office on the Company's property is now. about finished, and the Secretary expects to be •settled there before next n.eeting. The Secretary also reported having received 140 tons of Newcastle coal per ship Senorita. There has been great difficulty with water supply, but a pump has now teen erected that will meet with most requirements.
