Jamr>s Davidson was charged with being drunk in a public place, Helensville South Railway station, \ising obsene language, and unlawfully assavtlting the police. /Accused was found guilty on each count and fined £2 5s and costs 2ls in default five day s impri si o run en t. Charles Sorenson, mate of Davidsons was charged with being drunk in the same place and was fined 5s in default 24 hours imprsionment. The fines were paid in both cases.
